Slept in till 10.45am.
Changed the bed linen – new year. new linen.
Surprised myself with the incredible consistency of doing 10-mins of light exercise three days in a row.
Broke fast (16/8 intermittent fasting) at 12.40pm instead of 12pm since I had a late start to my day.
Had leftover apple crumble made by my mother in law and pineapple tarts from Peach Garden. Still fruits? So good. About 486 calories.
